Shokupan’s journey is like the plot of a feel-good indie film. Back in the COVID days, they launched their brand under the name GupShup with a tiny shop in the Great Western Arcade, just a hop, skip, and jump from Snow Hill train station in Birmingham... And boom, they totally owned it. They were the OGs of the sando game, back when the world hadn't yet realised that a sando isn’t just a sandwich; it’s a fluffy, Japanese sweet bread. Picture brioche, but on a protein shake.

When their original spot ran its course, GupShup bid adieu to make way for Shokupan, a slicker, bigger version of the previous brand. Their new digs? Right in the heart of Birmingham Grand Central, rubbing shoulders with the city's hospitality giants.

Enter us: tasked with transforming an old fish and chip shop into something worthy of Shokupan's punchy, manga-inspired aesthetic, all while keeping the purse strings tight. And guess what? We nailed it! With bold colours and graphic flair, we made sure this brand would pop and stand out from the crowd.
